Sliding Door Specialist - Premier Sliding Door Repair Services in Newbury Park

Newbury Park, on the western side of Thousand Oaks, is known for its open space, hiking trails and established neighborhoods, many of them built in the 1960s and 1970s. Homes from that era often still have their original aluminum sliding doors, or replacements that are now twenty years old or more. Either way, the hardware inside has had a long, busy life. Many of these doors still have plenty of life left in their frames and glass.

On these older doors, the most common problems are flattened rollers, worn or dented tracks and latches that no longer meet the strike. Seasonal Santa Ana winds add dust and debris to the mix, and the dry Conejo Valley heat hardens seals. We address each issue directly: new rollers, track repair or replacement, fresh lock and handle hardware, careful realignment and new weatherstripping so the door seals against wind and heat. Where an original part is no longer made, we fit a compatible modern replacement.

If your home already has a newer patio door, we service Milgard and Pella sliders too, and we can replace glass that has cracked or fogged. Inside the house, we repair pocket doors and mirror closet doors that have slipped off their guides. Every repair in Newbury Park starts with an honest assessment, so you know whether fixing the existing door or replacing parts makes more sense. Screens with bent frames can be repaired or rebuilt as well.

Bring back the easy glide your door used to have. We are glad to help you decide on the best course for your home. Call 888-440-9003 or book a free estimate online today.
